The story behind "My Own Chuppah" When my daugther Hannah got married, she asked me to make her Chuppah. I worked for months and it all came together so beautifully. The process of making this chuppah was so special that I always felt a very intense bond with my daugther, even though she lives on a different continent. She will hang it as a wall covering in her baby's room one day, G-d willing, but it is to them an instant family heirloom. Guest of the wedding were still talking about it months after the wedding and asked if she could make one for their children when they get married.
